Responsibility in Action: Hengda Industrial Control Trained Hundreds of Skilled Engineers Through Industry-Education Integration Program
Hengda Industrial Control fulfills its social responsibility by training one hundred professional engineers through its " Campus Study + Corporate Internship" model. In 2025, Hengda plans to cooperate with universities to establish an Intelligent Control Laboratory and launch an automation-escalating support program for small and medium size manufacturing enterprises.

Currently, Hengda's industry-education partnership cover 10 vocational colleges, achieving the graduate employment rate exceeding 95%,increasing the reserve rate of industry engineers.
